Learn how to use Zavimo's AI tools to speed up task creation, draft content, and improve writing.
Zavimo includes built-in AI tools to help you work faster—whether you're drafting documents, improving writing, or generating tasks from a simple description.
AI chat panel
Click the AI icon in the bottom-right corner of a project or doc to open the AI chat panel.
What you can do:
- Ask questions about the project
- Create and edit tasks
- Request summaries or suggestions
- Generate content for docs or brainstorm ideas
The AI panel adapts to where you use it: project-based actions in projects, writing help in docs.
AI in docs
While editing a doc:
- Select any text
- Click the Ask AI button that appears
You'll get options like:
- Improve writing
- Fix grammar
- Translate
- Summarize
- Change tone
AI in chat and comments
Highlight text in:
- Chat messages
- Comments
- Doc blocks
Use Ask AI to clean up your writing or rephrase it instantly.
Create projects with AI
When using the Add New dialog:
- Click Create with AI
- Describe the type of project you want
- Zavimo will generate a project with views, fields, and sample tasks
This is especially helpful for quickly setting up workflows like bug tracking, client onboarding, or campaign planning.
