Learn how to manage workspace members, guests, and invitations in Zavimo using the People tab.

People

The People tab gives you a full overview of everyone in your workspace—including members, guests, and pending invitations.

Accessing the people tab

To open the People tab:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select People

You'll see:

  • Workspace owners
  • Members
  • Guests
  • Pending invites (with expiration status)

Managing members

Workspace owners can:

  • Invite new users by email (supporting comma-separated input)
  • Assign roles (Workspace owner, Member, Guest)
  • Remove users if needed

Inviting members

You can invite users from:

  • The Invite button in the sidebar
  • Inside a team or project sharing modal
When inviting to the workspace, you must assign a workspace role. Guests can only be invited at the project level.

Invite behavior

  • Invites expire after 48 hours by default
  • Expired invites are shown with a label
  • You can resend or delete them

Role recap

  • Workspace owners manage billing, workspace settings, and members
  • Members can access all workspace content
  • Guests are limited to specific projects and do not count toward seat usage (plan limits apply)
