Dashboards

Dashboards in Zavimo help you turn project data into insights using customizable charts. You can track progress, visualize workload, and monitor key metrics across your tasks.

Available chart types

Zavimo supports four chart types:

  • Bar chart - Compare values across categories
  • Line chart - Track trends over time
  • Donut chart - Show proportions or breakdowns
  • Number chart - Highlight a single value (e.g. task count, total hours)

Adding charts

To add a chart:

  1. Open a Dashboard view
  2. Click + Add Chart
  3. Choose a chart type and configure its settings

Chart configuration

Each chart supports:

  • X and Y axis by field (e.g. status, assignee, priority)
  • Filters to narrow down data
  • Aggregation methods:
    • Count
    • Sum
    • Average
    • Median
    • Min/Max

Examples:

  • A donut chart showing tasks by status
  • A bar chart comparing estimated hours by assignee
  • A number chart displaying total overdue tasks
Combine filters and groupings to create focused, meaningful reports for team reviews or stakeholder updates.

Permissions

  • Dashboards follow the same permissions as the view they're in
  • Only editors of the view can modify or add charts
