Custom fields

In this article

Learn about Zavimo's custom field types, how to use them, and how they behave across teams and projects.

Custom fields in Zavimo help you track exactly what matters in your workflow—from checkboxes and text to advanced calculations and relations. You can add custom fields to projects and teams.

Adding & managing Fields

You can add fields from the Options button in List and Board views. Fields added to a team are automatically inherited by all projects inside that team.

  • Fields can be shown/hidden in views
  • You can reorder fields to customize how tasks appear
  • Fields can be locked to prevent deletion or editing
  • Locked fields can still be filled in
